Lobbying the Lords

The Creators' Rights Alliance worked with various members of the House of Lords to put forward amendments to the part of the Digital Economy Bill that affect creators.

The whole thing is an appallingly rushed process, with the government determined to push the bill through before dissolving Parliament for the election, and the Conservative Party keep to see large parts of the Bill passed so that, if they form the next government, it's not on their plate.
